Hi ya’ll! Welcome to the Rodeo Heritage Foundation. My name is Krysta, I am the Founder and Creator of this organization and I can’t wait to share this journey with you. You might be wondering, “why”? And that’s a fair question, so let’s get to gettin’.
The Challenge
With over 10 years of experience in rodeos, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’ve also seen the struggles that more than a few rodeo committees run into year after year. Some of those struggles include treating their rodeo like a business, marketing, and keeping their pipeline of dedicated volunteers full. In addition to the needs of rodeo committees, I also want this site to serve as a platform for the general public to educate people on the sport of rodeo and everything that comes with it. Rodeo Heritage Foundation Memberships
If you want to see rodeo traditions carried on for generations, then we want to encourage you to become a member of the Rodeo Heritage Foundation. Your membership will help fund our consultants to not only help rodeo committees implement sustainable business practices, but also educate the community surrounding those rodeos to ensure that rodeo has a place within that community for years to come. Our goal is to have memberships for individuals, rodeo committees, and businesses that want to support the industry.
What to Expect
For Rodeo Committees
If you are a small to medium size rodeo committee that knows you need to level up but aren’t sure how to get there or don’t have the funds to hire an agency, that’s where Rodeo Heritage Foundation comes into play. With our network of partners, we want to help you put on the best production yet without breaking the bank. Additionally, if you have a well-established medium to large size rodeo, we would encourage you to become a partner to share resources on what’s made your event so successful so others can learn from what’s already worked for you.
For Businesses
If you are a business in the western industry that is struggling with growth or marketing, we want to extend our services to you. Between helping you navigate grant writing to putting together a stellar business or marketing plan, there are a ton of services that RHF can help you with at a fraction of the cost of an agency. How can we do that? The support we receive from memberships and corporate sponsors is what allows us to help you at a discounted rate.
For Partners
Rodeo Heritage Foundation is always looking for partners who share the same passion for the western industry that we do. Initially, we will be looking for network partners that can help provide services to rodeo committees and businesses. We will also be looking for corporate partners that want to see their donation dollars go towards preserving our rodeo heritage.
